Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end procurement processes for civil construction projects
-Build & maintain strong supplier and subcontractor relationships
-Ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement aligned with project needs
-Evaluate bids, negotiate prices & contracts, and monitor supplier performance
-Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
-Collaborate with project teams to forecast material needs & optimize supply chain
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in procurement within the civil engineering in construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of EPC project procurement processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Experience with sourcing civil construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
