Responsibilities:
Assist the claims director in handling and processing marine and property insurance claims from inception to resolution.
Assist the claims director in conducting investigations and assessments of claims.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external adjusters to resolve claims.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of claims progress.
Maintain excellent customer service and support to policyholders throughout the claims process.
