Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist the claims director in handling and processing marine and property insurance claims from inception to resolution.
- Assist the claims director in conducting investigations and assessments of claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external adjusters to resolve claims.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of claims progress.
- Maintain excellent customer service and support to policyholders throughout the claims process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Insurance or a Master degree in related field.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Insurance or a Master degree in related field.CII is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in claims
