Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning and execution of all regional brand experiences, such as boutique activations, watchmaking and culinary experiences, thematic animations, pop-ups, exhibitions, stunts, artistic collaborations, and cultural partnerships, including seasonal moments like Ramadan, Diwali, and Holidays.
  • Designing elevated client journeys and touchpoints, encompassing storytelling, animations, hospitality, and a comprehensive gifting strategy (sourcing, allocation, logistics, and budgets).
  • Ensuring an end-to-end guest experience, from invitation targeting and hosting to treatment and CRM journey tracking, with flawless operational execution, including production, logistics, agency management, and supplier negotiation.
  • Leading the PR and media strategy for MEIAT, aligned with global HQ teams, to drive visibility for new launches, messaging, and "Made of Makers" initiatives.
  • Managing press events, interviews, content shoots, influencer activations, and product placements.
  • Overseeing regional media planning, paid campaigns, and digital amplification in alignment with HQ teams.
  • Managing the day-to-day relationship with the PR agency, ensuring KPIs and reporting, and regularly networking with Press and Influencers in the region.
  • Tracking key performance indicators such as event attendance, CRM capture, traffic uplift, sales impact, media value, and influencer reach.
  • Delivering post-event reports, analysis, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Owning budget planning, invoice tracking, cost optimization, and ROI metrics.
  • Collaborating with retail, CRM, training, and commercial teams to align on outputs and impact.
  • Managing a direct report (Marketing Executive) and indirectly overseeing Hospitality Coordinators of flagship boutiques, the CRC team, and the PR agency team.

Desired Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 7 10+ years of proven experience in luxury brand experience, events, marketing, communications, or PR, preferably within the watches, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors.
  • A strong creative sensibility and passion for experiential storytelling.
  • Excellence in operational planning, logistics, agency management, and execution.
  • Solid experience managing PR and/or media agencies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
  • Regional knowledge and cultural adaptability across MEIAT markets.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
  • A high aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail.
