Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain progress reports, dashboards, and analytical updates for management; track and manage development budgets, schedules, and cash flow.
- Oversee and process development draws / payment certificates, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and alignment with contracts and project progress.
- Develop feasibility studies and investment recommendations for future projects/acquisitions, including CAPEX/OPEX, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity/scenario analysis, and present clear recommendations to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
A dual degree is required, such as:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering plus a Master s (or equivalent) in Finance and/or Economics (or closely related discipline).
10+ years of experience in real estate development companies (developer-side experience strongly preferred).
Strong knowledge of Egyptian development regulations, approvals, and stakeholder coordination (especially NUCA).
