Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute community engagement strategies across multiple platforms.
Foster and grow online and offline communities around key topics and industries.
Monitor conversations, track trends, and provide insights to enhance engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with business goals.
Analyze engagement metrics and report on community growth and sentiment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or communications.
A strong understanding of digital engagement strategies and audience behavior.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and inspiring content.
A data-driven mindset to track performance and optimize community interactions.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in Arabic is a must; other languages are a plus!
Passion for social impact, storytelling, and building meaningful connections.
