Senior Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end VARA and FSC licensing process, including application preparation, documentation, and ongoing submissions.
• Upon approval of the license, act as the appointed Compliance Officer to oversee and maintain all compliance obligations under the relevant regulatory framework.
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions by liaising with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and Board members.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive compliance policies and procedures that align with relevant rulebooks, AML/CTF laws, and internal standards.
• Provide senior management with compliance and regulatory updates, risk assessments, and recommendations.

Requirements:

• 6 8 years of compliance experience, ideally with financial services or fintech licensing in Dubai (VARA/DFSA/FSRA/ADGM).
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks and international standards.
• Direct experience with regulatory reporting and liaison.
