Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the construction activities for the project from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain vision and clarity in project execution.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction phase in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience in large-scale projects.
- Prior experience in managing cultural or civic projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in English
