Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities across assigned zones or packages.
  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Coordinate sequencing of works including basement, steelwork, concrete, and architectural finishes.
Contractor Coordination
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure alignment with project schedule and quality standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical or logistical issues.
  • Monitor workforce productivity and resource allocation.
Progress & Reporting
  • Track progress against construction milestones and report deviations.
  • Support the Construction Director in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to planning sessions.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections.
  • Liaise with QA/QC and safety teams to address non-conformances.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, including high-rise and steel structures.
  • Strong experience in managing complex construction packages and site teams.
  • Familiarity with basement works, steel erection, and tower construction.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in construction software and scheduling tools
  • Good understanding of construction contracts and site logistics
  • Effective communication and reporting skills
