Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver data strategy and data governance engagements across multiple client programs.
- Define enterprise data and AI strategies aligned with business objectives and national regulations.
- Design and implement data governance and AI governance frameworks, operating models, and policies.
- Support data quality, metadata management, and master data initiatives.
- Advise clients on compliance with Saudi data regulations including PDPL, NDMO, and NDI.
- Assess current-state data maturity and define target-state roadmaps and transformation plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure governance frameworks are embedded into data platforms.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact client presentations, strategic cases, and executive materials.
- Contribute to proposal development, solution shaping, estimations, and commercial discussions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to EY methodologies and knowledge assets.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong understanding of data strategy, AI strategy, data governance, and AI governance concepts.
- Hands-on experience with data quality, metadata, lineage, and reference data frameworks.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and Python; data modeling and data platform exposure is a plus.
- Experience with data management and governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, OpenMetadata, Dataplex, or similar.
- Solid understanding of data management across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience preparing Data & AI proposals, business cases, and client-facing deliverables.
- Strong business and commercial acumen within a consulting delivery environment.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3 7+ years of experience in Data & AI consulting, with a focus on strategy and governance.
- Track record of delivering data strategy or governance programs across multiple industries.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working with public sector or regulated industries is an advantage.

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders across the Saudi market, supporting large-scale national and enterprise programs while contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and practice growth.
