We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in the core banking domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the full lifecycle of core banking products including accounts, deposits, loans, loan origination, trade finance, treasury, point calculation, accounting entries, and other critical banking modules. You will play a critical role in delivering complex banking transformation programs, ensuring seamless integration across core banking systems, satellite applications, and third-party interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and consulting services across the entire core banking lifecycle, including but not limited to:
• Accounts and Deposits
• Loans and Loan Origination
• Trade Finance
• Treasury and Cash Management
• Point Calculation and Rewards Management
• Accounting and General Ledger Entries
• Payments and Collections
• Risk and Compliance Modules
• Customer Information Management
• Collateral Management
• Lead and support core banking implementation, upgrade, or replacement projects with a program-level perspective.
• Understand and manage interdependencies between core banking, satellite systems, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of sub-projects.
• Conduct gap analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design validation.
• Support testing strategies including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify risks and issues related to core banking and integration components and propose mitigation plans.
• Engage in thought leadership on best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends in core banking technology.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in core banking domain covering a broad range of modules including accounts, deposits, loans, loan origination, trade finance, treasury, point calculation, accounting entries, payments, risk, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of the entire core banking system lifecycle and banking operations.
• Program-level experience managing or supporting complex banking transformation programs with multiple sub-projects.
• Ability to understand and navigate dependencies between core banking, satellite systems, and integration layers.
• Experience with Temenos Transact or Oracle Flexcube is a strong advantage.
• Experience on Islamic banking is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in vendor-led or multi-vendor environments.

Management consulting experience is a plus with the ability to span across:

• Program management and governance
• Risk, issue, and dependency management
• Development of professional PowerPoint presentations for executive and stakeholder communication
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and driving project delivery
