Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Data & Analytics practice in Riyadh, supporting leading organizations across the Middle East in transforming their CFO functions into modern, data-driven, and technology-enabled finance organizations.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and technology, where you will help CFO organizations redesign operating models, embed AI-enabled capabilities, and unlock value through advanced analytics and intelligent automation.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering end-to-end Finance Transformation programmes, working closely with senior client stakeholders to modernise finance functions and improve enterprise performance.
Key focus areas include:
- Finance strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM) design for CFO organisations, including governance, processes, and technology enablement
- AI-driven Finance Transformation, bridging finance and technology teams to design and implement AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation use cases
- Finance Performance Management transformation, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting using advanced analytics
- Accounting and Close optimisation, improving financial close processes through automation and digital tools while supporting IFRS and regulatory requirements
- Treasury transformation, designing and implementing modern treasury operating models and systems
- Leading cross-functional transformation workstreams across finance, business, and technology
- Supporting Post-Merger Integration (PMI) activities, aligning finance operating models across merged organisations
- Supporting business development, client proposals, and senior stakeholder engagement to grow finance transformation capabilities in the region
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
- Several years of experience in consulting or industry roles within Finance Transformation, CFO advisory, or Data & Analytics
- Experience leading workstreams or sub-projects in complex transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of finance processes, management accounting, and performance management frameworks
- Knowledge of AI in finance, including automation, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making use cases
- Experience working in agile delivery environments; familiarity with frameworks such as SAFe is an advantage
- Exposure to enterprise finance systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle (desirable)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with CFOs and senior finance leaders
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members within project or programme environments
