Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Develop solid and enduring relationships with client team members
Understand implications of client's culture and uses this to be more effective from day to day
Works independently, with limited supervision and delivers workstreams or smaller consulting projects
Crafts communications for different audiences with little guidance; communicates findings logically and with appropriate level of detail
Independently manages issues; pulls in help from senior colleagues if needed
Coaches MDT (Medtronic) and client team members when appropriate; provides upward feedback when solicited; communicates development needs and is open to coaching from others
Identify and build new services and solutions that enable clients to improve outcomes and reduce costs of delivering care
Desired Candidate Profile
Master s degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent); international education is an advantage
Fluency in French and Arabic is essential; English is highly desirable (additional languages are a plus).
3-5 years of experience in consulting firms or healthcare advisory roles, preferably with exposure to hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions in Morocco or the MENA region.
Solid experience working with hospital leadership, including medical directors, chief physicians, and department heads, within the Moroccan healthcare system (public and/or private)
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management, problem-solving, data analysing, interpreting and delivery of measurable outcomes
Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare decision-making processes in Morocco, with the ability to link strategic consulting insights to commercial and operational healthcare development
Experience in Lean and Six Sigma concepts, nice to have
