Opportunity:

The Senior Consultant in Strategy and Project Management will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and managing projects that align with organizational goals. This position requires a strong background in strategy development and project management, along with the ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure effective governance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage strategy knowledge and experience to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational success.
• Apply project management expertise to oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage risk and escalation processes, identifying potential issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Review and follow up on projects and initiatives, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated effectively.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms, including dashboards to monitor project performance and outcomes.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and support decision-making processes.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy and project management, with a strong understanding of strategic frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven project management knowledge and experience, including familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• Strong skills in risk and escalation management, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
• Experience in reviewing and following up on projects and initiatives to ensure accountability and progress.
• Excellent stakeholder facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse groups.
• Proficient in governance and reporting practices, with experience in creating dashboards for project monitoring.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
