Senior Content Designer, main responsibility is the creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform digital work. This can be anything from responsive sites and emails to banners, mobile/tablet apps and microsites. It involves working closely with creatives, UX and developers. The role could involve taking a simple hand-drawn scamp or an interactive wireframe and turning into a digital campaign or website layout using different tools & applications.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and generate first-class concepts for a diverse range of media and evolving technologies
Edit videos for social media, creating graphics and special effects as needed
Deliver and encourage stunning digital concepts to meet client briefs and expectations
Creates rich media/HTML 5 display ads
Presents ideas and work to the team, stakeholders, and senior staff
Ensure creative executions meet marketing objectives and adhere to brand guidelines
Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective, content-rich material
Ability to hone messaging on all creative executions
Work closely with visual and interactive designers to create elegant, impactful designs
Transform complex communication into conversational language through appropriate voice and tone, achieving the right balance of friendliness and professionalism
Establish and enforce style rules and patterns
Edit the work of other content designers, suggesting and defending content changes based on personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
Collaborating across the agency to drive up standards of digital creativity

Fluent in English & Arabic

5+ years experience in writing and editing; UX writing preferred
Agency experience in designing cutting-edge websites, apps, interfaces and/or digital campaigns
Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator video editing and motion software are a must. Any development or interactive skills are a plus
An exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and highly considered visual executions
Keen eye for layout, design, color, composition
Illustration skills will be an asset (especially digital, vector-based)
Intimate understanding of the digital and content marketing landscape
Have experience working within a team with multiple stakeholders
