Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across operations
- Identify process inefficiencies, waste, and variability using data analysis
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies to improve performance
- Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects
- Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA
- Standardize best practices and develop SOPs and process documentation
- Support cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements
- Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement projects
- Train employees on CI tools, problem-solving, and best practices
- Monitor improvement results and ensure long-term sustainability
- Support change management and continuous improvement culture initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
- 3 4 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously
