Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across operations

  • Identify process inefficiencies, waste, and variability using data analysis
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies to improve performance
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects
  • Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA
  • Standardize best practices and develop SOPs and process documentation
  • Support cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements
  • Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement projects
  • Train employees on CI tools, problem-solving, and best practices
  • Monitor improvement results and ensure long-term sustainability
  • Support change management and continuous improvement culture initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 3 4 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously
