Senior Contracts Engineer

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and agreements related to engineering or construction projects.
• Ensure that contractual documentation is accurate, complete, and in line with company standards and legal requirements.
• Support the preparation of tender documentation and participate in the evaluation of bids and proposals.
• Identify potential risks in contracts and support the development of mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that contract terms and conditions help protect the company from undue risks or liabilities.
• Monitor ongoing contract activities to verify compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Support contract administration tasks, including tracking variations, extensions, and claims.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all parties are fulfilling contractual obligations.
• Participate in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers under the guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contract amendments, change orders, and variations during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with legal and senior contracts personnel to resolve contract-related issues and manage claims.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement staff to ensure contracts align with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Assist in the contract close-out process, including final account reconciliation and settlement.

Track key contractual milestones and payment schedules to support timely invoicing and payment follow-up.

Provide technical expertise on transformers, cables & accessories, telecom cables, substations, and electrical products, HV, LV, SWITCHGEAR, E-House, Busway, RMU, FIBER OPTIC CABLE, insulators, steel applications .
