Senior Contracts Engineer (Construction)

-Provide contractual support for any issues or problems that arise during construction

-Resolve contract disputes and claims related to contract, and draft internal memos, contract amendments and settlement agreements

-Administer and follow up with ongoing supervision service/p>

- agreements, including update the allocation of supervision consultants on the ongoing construction contracts

- Track and review close out documents of the Contracts from the contractual perspective

-Update project administration forms and monitor the status of construction contracts using tracking logs and other control forms.

-Review insurance requirements and ensure that Contractor comply with insurance provisions

- Prepare regular reports on contract status and maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents

• Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of construction contracts.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations in Egypt.
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve disputes and manage claims effectively.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
