Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating potential risks to the organization.
  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and review to execution, amendments, and close-out, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce contractual liabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to cross-functional teams on contract-related matters, including legal, finance, and project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM).
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in contract management within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Has a strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management principles.
