Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Record Keeping: Prepares contracts and maintain record keeping of all contracts in the system to ensure easily available in chronological manner and send periodic reminders before the expiry date of the contracts.
2. Contracts: Liaisons with Vendors in relation with contracts and serve as point of contact to solve contracts related issue amicably.
3. Checks and revise contracts forms according to terms and condition as direction from management.
4. Compliance: Fully assists and supports any Government regulatory agency or internal audits and provide all necessary information or contracts detail as required.
