Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert contractual consultation and support during all project phases, ranging from initiation and tender review to final handover.

Proactively identify commercial risks and lead the development and implementation of effective mitigation strategies.

Manage and advise on the bidding process, review contractual proposals, and contribute to the crucial contract award process.

Manage and advise on all complex contractual matters, including the administration of change orders, resolution of claims and disputes, and certification of payments.

Ensure project closure and final execution are conducted in strict compliance with contract terms and legal obligations.

Develop and deliver training sessions on contract interpretation and complex issue management for project teams.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors) to effectively resolve project-related contractual issues.

Maintains disciplined control of all project correspondence, documentation, attends project meetings, and ensures accurate file maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent technical discipline.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction or a related field.

More than 4 years of proven experience in contracts management.

Strong working understanding of project management principles and best practices.
