Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing contracts related to (administrative affairs, procurement, and finance) in line with the university s needs and policies.

Evaluating contracts from legal and regulatory perspectives and identifying potential risks and implications.

Ensuring that all contracts and agreements aligning with the university s internal policies, guidelines, and relevant laws and regulations.

Coordinate the essential points of contact between internal departments (such as Finance and Procurement) and external parties (such as suppliers and legal advisors).

Maintaining accurate and organized records of all contract-related documents.

Monitoring contract validity periods to determine renewal dates when required.

Bachelor s degree in Law.

Minimum of five years of experience in contracts and legal consultancy.

Solid knowledge of legal requirements related to contract procedures.

Very good in English.

Ability to resolve problems and handle post-contract complaints.

Strong communication and time management skills.
