We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Copywriter to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Copywriter, you will play a leading role in crafting engaging and persuasive copy that captures the attention of our target audience and drives our brand's message forward. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, designers, and other copywriters to develop and produce high-quality content across various platforms. This role demands exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences and platforms. Importantly, you will also mentor junior writers, helping to elevate the overall quality of our creative output.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials including websites, emails, brochures, and ads.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm ideas and campaigns that attract and engage customers.
• Edit, proofread, and improve existing content to maintain consistent brand messaging and tone.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform writing strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work quality is maintained.
• Mentor junior copywriters by providing guidance, feedback, and support in their development.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align copy strategies with business objectives.
• Continuously develop and refine our brand voice to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
• Participate in creative pitches and presentations, leading the discussion related to copy and messaging.
• Analyze the effectiveness of copy through metrics and feedback, providing insights for optimization.
• Ensure all written material is legally compliant and ethically sound before final approval.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in content writing and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in copywriting or creative writing roles.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to write for various formats and adjust tone for different audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in mentoring junior writers and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence without authority.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and basic understanding of SEO principles.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative writing and copy projects is required.
