Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Recording, analyzing, and reporting production costs
- Cost allocation for raw materials, labor, and overhead
- Collaboration with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams
- Monitoring cost efficiency and variance analysis
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Desired Candidate Profile
3 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or food industry.
- Experience with standard costing, inventory costing, and variance analysis.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and methods.
