Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and control project budgets, cash flows, and cost plans.
Monitor project cost performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare cost reports, dashboard updates, and monthly financial progress reports.
Review subcontractor invoices, materials cost, and monitor purchase commitments.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Planning Engineers, Procurement, and QS teams.
Conduct cost risk assessments and provide support for claims & variations.
Ensure cost control procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain cost databases and ensure compliance with company standards.
Support management with cost–related decision-making and forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
BE Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
Minimum 12 years of experience in cost control for major civil projects.
Strong experience with Tier 1 / Tier 2 construction companies (mandatory).
Excellent knowledge of cost management systems, budgeting, and project cost reporting.
