Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for cost control aspects of construction projects.

  • Manages multiple construction project simultaneously in an organized manner.
  • Coordinates with planning, estimation team production and teamwork.
  • Examines and reviews all project contract tender documents, including: BOQs, drawings, specs, contract etc.
  • Ensures project pricing is updated and precise.
  • Works with Project team and purchasing to control project costs.
  • Coordinates with multiple suppliers and subcontracts to ensure the best offers.
  • Initiates and attends meetings with team.
  • Assists Manager with any technical duties necessary.
  • Civil Engineering Graduate
  • Languages: Arabic / English Fluent
  • Skills: Auto Cad, Microsoft Office, etc.
