Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Cost Control Engineer, located in Egypt. The Senior Cost Control Engineer will oversee and implement cost control processes, monitor and manage project costs, and ensure fiscal accountability across projects. Additionally, the role involves preparing and analyzing cost reports, collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with budgets, and proactively managing cost variances. The engineer will also contribute to overall project control, supporting timely delivery within budget constraints.


Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of relevant experience in cost control within engineering or construction sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting for large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in cost control software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
