Senior Cost Control Engineer

Prepare and monitor project budgets in coordination with project and planning teams.

• Track actual costs versus budget and analyze cost variances.
• Prepare periodic cost reports (weekly / monthly) and submit them to management.
• Monitor project cash flow and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Review subcontractors and suppliers invoices and ensure compliance with contracts and BOQs.
• Assist in preparing cost forecasts and expected final cost reports.
• Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate cost records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support claims preparation and cost-related contractual issues when required.

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Control Engineer in CONTRACTING COMPANIES. (MANDATORY).
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost monitoring, and cost variance analysis.
• Experience in reviewing BOQs, subcontractors invoices, and suppliers payments.
• Good understanding of cash flow management and cost forecasting.
• Familiar with construction contracts and cost-related contractual procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
