Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare monthly costing reports, menu engineering, and sales & profitability analysis
Supervise Junior Cost Controllers and Data Entry Officers
Communicate directly with clients on reports and operational matters
Handle back-office setup including pricing modes and system integration
Support month-end closing and ensure reporting deadlines are met
Conduct client meetings and deliver training (OJT)
