Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets and cost performance.

• Prepare cost variance and financial reports.

• Track material, labor, and subcontractor costs.

• Support commercial team in financial planning.

• Ensure compliance with project budget limits.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Engineering / Finance / Construction Management

• 5–8 years experience in construction cost control

• Strong Excel and ERP knowledge
