Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To support the Investment Legal team within the Investment & Litigation Legal Affairs in delivering specialized legal support to the company. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing a range of critical legal documents, including SPAs, shareholder agreements, JV agreements, consortium agreements, MoUs, and LoIs, among others, as well as overseeing entity formation and providing legal advice. The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and, when necessary, external counsel to ensure that all legal support, advisory services, and formation processes align with the company s strategic objectives
