Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Completes assigned maintenance painting jobs with required standards.
Independently carries out minor painting jobs and planned maintenance painting activities as required.
Carries out effective maintenance tasks on various maintenance equipment as per the operating procedures.
Operates blasting and painting equipment for the maintenance painting jobs.
Acts as a team player and make suggestions to improve shop services for internal customers.
Follows the safe working practices based on company’s safety rules and regulations to protect personnel, plant and equipment.
Maintains good housekeeping in the assigned work area and keep equipment and tools in clean, tidy and safe conditions.
Coaches and guides National Trainees/TPRF personnel doing routine jobs in the shop.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications:
High school graduate or vocational graduate in the industrial painting.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum years’ experience in Maintenance.
Good basic knowledge in all painting equipment and knowledge.
Must process a working knowledge of written and spoken English.
Skills:
Good basic knowledge in type of industrial painting works and equipment.
Written and verbal English communication skill.
Know how to read technical specifications for different paints.
