Roles & Responsibilities

Develop compelling and original content for social media, video campaigns, blogs, and digital platforms.

Generate innovative and trend-driven ideas that engage audiences and elevate the brand s presence.

Identify emerging trends and translate them into powerful content strategies.

Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to align messaging with brand goals.

Create and manage a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery.

Write, edit, and proofread copy that communicates clearly, creatively, and authentically.

Implement content strategies optimized for SEO and audience engagement.

Experiment with new creative tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance storytelling.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and push boundaries with fresh, unexpected ideas.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in content creation, digital storytelling, or social media management (portfolio required).

A deep passion for trends, culture, and creative storytelling.

Excellent writing, editing, and concept development skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior.

Ability to conceptualize and execute comprehensive content strategies.

A proactive mindset with the confidence to take creative risks and experiment.

Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in content creation, digital media, or television production.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, original content across multiple formats (video, audio, written, visual).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent command of English and/or Arabic, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, video editing software, and graphic design tools.
  • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and audience engagement.
