Senior Creative Strategy Lead

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the creative direction across multiple social and digital client accounts
* Develop strategic campaign concepts, content pillars and platform-first creative ideas aligned with client objectives
* Drive engaging, insight-led and culturally relevant creative output across social campaigns
* Ensure all creative work aligns with brand tone, audience expectations and platform best practices
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including content, design, video and client servicing to deliver campaigns effectively
* Support the creation of high-quality, standout creative work that strengthens the agency s overall positioning
* Stay up to date with social trends, emerging formats and platform developments to keep campaigns innovative and competitive
* Review campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimise future content and creative direction
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced agency environment

Requirements:

* Previous experience within a social media, creative or integrated agency environment is essential
* Strong understanding of social-first creative, content strategy and campaign development
* Experience working across consumer-focused brands is highly preferred
* Arabic speaking candidates would be advantageous due to the nature of the client portfolio
* Looking for a senior-level profile with strong creative and strategic capabilities
