Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise graphic designers and videographers/photographers to ensure efficient task allocation and timely project completion.
- Review and approve creative outputs, maintaining consistency with the university s branding.
- Provide input on design concepts, video ideas, and photography projects to meet marketing objectives.
- Ensure all visual content reflects the university s values and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and translate them into creative deliverables.
- Oversee project timelines, workflows, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain high standards for all creative materials, ensuring they align with university branding and communication strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance output quality.
- Develop innovative visual concepts to support university marketing campaigns and events.
- Stay updated on trends in design and multimedia production, integrating new techniques where appropriate.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is required.
- 6-8 years of related experience.
- Fluency in English Language
- Strong Organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
