Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise graphic designers and videographers/photographers to ensure efficient task allocation and timely project completion.
• Review and approve creative outputs, maintaining consistency with the university s branding.
• Provide input on design concepts, video ideas, and photography projects to meet marketing objectives.
• Ensure all visual content reflects the university s values and messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and translate them into creative deliverables.
• Oversee project timelines, workflows, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain high standards for all creative materials, ensuring they align with university branding and communication strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance output quality.
• Develop innovative visual concepts to support university marketing campaigns and events.
• Stay updated on trends in design and multimedia production, integrating new techniques where appropriate.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 6-8 years of related experience.
• Fluency in English Language
• Strong Organizational and time management skills.
