Job Description Summary
The Senior Credit and Collection Advisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the credit and collections processes within the organization. This role involves but not limited to: managing complex accounts, leading a team of credit and collection professionals, developing strategic collection initiatives, and ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Advisor plays a crucial role in improving cash flow, reducing bad debt, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Participate in developing strategies to maximize recovery of outstanding debts while minimizing the impact on patient satisfactionParticipate in initiatives to enhance charge capture tools for automation and accuracy

• Daily account review and followup to continuously monitor patient accounts and follow up on overdue balances
• Ensure Daily documentation and recordkeeping are maintained accurately and uptodate of all records for all credit and collection activities related to patients and payers including details of payment arrangements disputes and followup actions Ensure that all records are complete and comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and generate daily performance metrics related to collections account aging and cash flow to assess the impact of implemented improvements and recommend them
• Provide training and support to finance billing and collection staff on new processes tools and compliance requirements
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and relevant healthcare finance
Professional Certifications Required
None
Years of Experience
Minimum 6 years' experience in credit, collection, or related field (ideally in an insurance or healthcare setting)
Languages
English:Fully Proficient ; Arabic:Basic
