Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Collaborate with teams to gather and define technical requirements for CRM initiatives.
- Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards to enhance user experience.
- Conduct system integration and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Develop technical documentation and maintain system configurations.
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Stay current with CRM trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
- Experience with database management, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficient in programming languages, primarily C# and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of n-tier architecture and design patterns.
- Knowledge of version control systems and release management.
- Experience in unit testing and deployment of CRM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in CRM development, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365./p>
