Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and plugins to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
- Lead the integration of Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert-level support for CRM-related incidents.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Ensure all CRM solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices within the team.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and project planning sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and implementation.
- Proven expertise in customizing, configuring, and extending Dynamics 365 modules.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, business process flows, and security roles.
- Experience with integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members.
