Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

Managing and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Coordinating with internal departments to ensure effective problem-solving.

Maintaining accurate customer data and communication records.

Preparing periodic reports on customer satisfaction and service quality.

Training and mentoring new customer service representatives.

(For Team Leader): Leading and motivating the team to achieve KPIs and service excellence.

Monitoring daily operations and handling escalated cases.

Ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

For Senior Customer Service:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.

3 5 years of experience in customer service (preferably in real estate or development companies).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English.

For Customer Service Team Leader:

Bachelor s degree in Business or related field.

Minimum 5 7 years of experience in customer service, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent reporting and organizational skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
