Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently, escalating cases as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to service processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior customer service representatives, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer service metrics and performance.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products, services, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and global guidelines in all customer interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a customer service or customer support role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
