Roles & Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Initiating outbound calling campaigns to different market places.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism while delivering best in class customer experience.
  • Apply critical thinking and creative problem solving skills to navigate high severity incident types.
  • Learn and master multiple knowledge base and contract management systems
  • Adapt to day/ evening/ weekend rotations. (Inc. Public Holidays)

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telesales
  • B2+ English (Spoken/ Written)
  • Good communication and working among a team.
  • Adaptability and self-discipline
  • Results-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL/ Excel and analytical skills
  • Process improvement background
