Roles & Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Initiating outbound calling campaigns to different market places.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism while delivering best in class customer experience.
- Apply critical thinking and creative problem solving skills to navigate high severity incident types.
- Learn and master multiple knowledge base and contract management systems
- Adapt to day/ evening/ weekend rotations. (Inc. Public Holidays)
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales
- B2+ English (Spoken/ Written)
- Good communication and working among a team.
- Adaptability and self-discipline
- Results-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL/ Excel and analytical skills
- Process improvement background
