Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Within our project teams, you will participate in the design and implementation of high-impact business data solutions in high-volume, high-performance environments. You will join a multidisciplinary team, organized in Agile mode, working on strategic projects related to data valorization, reliability, and industrialization.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be involved in various tasks such as:
- Design, develop and maintain robust and efficient data pipelines for data transformation and value creation.
- Structuring and orchestrating data workflows using DBT, while ensuring data quality, reliability, and traceability.
- Leveraging and optimizing large volumes of data using advanced SQL and BigQuery
- Process batch and real-time streams (Pub/Sub) and transform complex payloads (JSON, Avro, Protobuf) into usable data
- Industrialize data processing via CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments
- Working in close collaboration with product and business teams to produce high value-added insights
- Ensure the optimization of costs, performance and data quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree in computer science or equivalent, with senior experience in Data Engineering
- Excellent mastery of DBT, advanced SQL, and Cloud environments (GCP)
- Solid experience with BigQuery, data pipelines, and data-oriented architectures
- Good understanding of real-time data flows and data transformation from APIs or WebApps
- Mastery of industrialization tools (Git, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Linux)
- Comfortable in an Agile (Scrum) and collaborative environment
- Rigour, autonomy, attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality
- Technical curiosity and the ability to evolve within a constantly evolving Cloud ecosystem
