As a Data Engineer , you will be at the heart of our data strategy: from ingestion to visualization, you build the pipelines and models that allow teams to have access to reliable, exploitable and actionable data.

Structure & Make the Data Stack Reliable

• Take over and document the existing data stack (BigQuery, Dataform, Looker).
• Ensure data quality, reliability and consistency.
• Optimize the data warehouse (partitioning, clustering, cost management).
  
  

Pipelines & Orchestration

• Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines.
• Use Dataform/DBT, Stitch, Fivetran to automate flows.
• Ensure maintainability, testing and monitoring of pipelines.
  
  

Dashboarding & Reporting

• Build and maintain relevant dashboards for Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Delivery, Product & CSM.
• Develop macro and micro KPIs for activity management.
• Work hand in hand with third-party business teams to translate needs into data solutions.
  
  

Data Coverage Extension

• Connect new data sources (Finance, Admin, HR, Product, CSM).
• Define analytical models to track performance and growth.
• be a driving force in the evolution of the company's data roadmap.
  
  

Optimisation Continue

• Continuously challenge and improve the data stack.
• Implement good coding and data governance practices.
• Train and support teams in data culture.
  
  

Search profile

• You have between 3 and 4 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• You are proficient in Python and SQL, with solid experience in BigQuery.
• You have already worked with a Modern Data Stack (DBT/Dataform, Stitch/Fivetran).
• You are comfortable with Looker (or BI equivalent).
• You know how to optimize a data warehouse (performance, costs, partitioning, clustering).
• You are autonomous, structured, rigorous and business impact oriented.
• You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and fast-growing environment.
