Senior Data Engineer

We re looking for a Senior Software Engineer or Data Engineer with 10+ years of development experience who is ready to bring their expertise into the world of data and AI. If you re passionate about building the systems that power machine learning, real-time analytics, and intelligent products, we want to hear from you.



In this role, you ll help design and build the data pipelines and platforms that feed AI models and support intelligent decision-making across the organization. Your deep understanding of system design, performance tuning, and backend engineering will be essential in delivering scalable, cloud-native data solutions that fuel everything from predictive analytics to automation.

You ll work alongside data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to serve our premiere USA clients in their plans to tackle the Cloud Data and AI ventures. You ll shape the way we move, transform, and store data to support real-world AI use cases from real-time decisioning to large-scale model training. Must-Have Requirements


10+ years of professional experience in software and/or data engineering with a strong focus on data warehouses in the cloud.

Demonstrated interest or experience in AI, machine learning systems, or intelligent applications

Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or similar languages used in both backend and AI contexts

Strong grasp of system architecture, object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms

Strong English language skills, as most of our clients are premiere USA corporate clients that expect professional consulting work at a very high level.

Experience designing and scaling backend services that support data-heavy, AI-oriented applications

Strong skills in SQL relational and NoSQL databases, with experience in schema design and query optimization

Expertise in cloud-native development and version control (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and CI/CD

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for emerging technologies

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with data and AI teams

Growth mindset with a desire to continuously deepen expertise in data engineering and AI.



Optional Requirements


Hands-on experience with data engineering tools like Apache Spark, Databricks, MS Synapse, MS Fabric, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, or equivalent

Strong experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services like BigQuery, Redshift, or S3

Expertise in modern data architecture patterns (data lakes, lake house, medallion models, etc.)

Prior collaboration with data scientists or machine learning engineers in a production environment
