Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
Development & Industrialization
-
D develop processing pipelines in PySpark .
-
Set up real-time workflows via Kafka (topics, partitions, schemas, offsets).
-
Model and optimize Cassandra schemas (tables, keys, clustering, replication).
-
Integrate and transform data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, streams, files).
Quality, Performance & Reliability
-
Deploy Data Quality mechanisms (controls, monitoring, alerting).
-
Optimize Spark processing (partitioning, tuning, data formats).
-
Ensure the supervision and resolution of production incidents.
CI/CD & Governance
-
Industrialize developments via CI/CD chains (automated testing, deployments).
-
Documenting flows, models and best practices.
-
Contribute to data governance: catalog, traceability, security.
Desired Candidate Profile
4 years of experience in distributed environments and Big Data architectures
- Spark / PySpark : batch & streaming.
- Python : scripts, data libraries, automated tests.
- Kafka : flow design, producers/consumers, partitions.
- Cassandra : query-oriented modeling, optimization, administration.
- Solid mastery of SQL + knowledge of NoSQL.
- Knowledge of an orchestration tool: Airflow, Luigi, Prefect
- Good understanding of distributed environments (Cloudera, Hadoop).
- Skills in Git , CI/CD (GitLab CI).
- DevOps / MLOps practices appreciated.
