Senior Data/ERP Manager

Main tasks:

• Ensure the collection, structuring and reliability of data from application or external databases (production, inputs, climate, workforce, equipment, etc.);
• Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring agricultural projects (crop monitoring, yields, actual vs. forecasted costs, plot performance);
• Providing decision-making analyses to various stakeholders;
• Managing end-to-end data & ERP projects: scoping, planning, execution, deployment and change management,
• To ensure the management of resources, deadlines and budgets with a results-oriented approach,
• Oversee the implementation or evolution of the data architecture (data warehouse, APIs, repositories, etc.)
• Define and implement data governance (quality, security, cataloging, authorization management)
• Define and monitor project KPIs: quality of deliverables, adoption of tools, value created

Technical skills:

• Project management methodologies: Agile / Scrum / Prince2 / V-model
• Good knowledge of information systems: ERP (SAP, Odoo, Dynamics), CRM, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview)
• Mastery of data fundamentals: architecture, governance, ETL, databases, SQL
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance issues (GDPR, ISO 27001)
