This role is ideal for experienced consultants who can operate at the intersection of regulation, risk, and data strategy — translating frameworks into roadmaps, guiding client teams, and ensuring every engagement delivers measurable impact. ⸻ Role Summary Serve as the primary engagement lead for data governance consulting projects across Lebanon’s banking and public sectors. Oversee delivery, manage executive-level relationships, and ensure alignment with international frameworks such as DCAM, DAMA, ISO 27001, GDPR, and the EU AI Act. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Design and oversee enterprise data governance frameworks for banks and critical institutions. • Interface with C-suite and regulator stakeholders (CRO, CDO, CIO, Head of Risk, Compliance). • Lead maturity assessments, stakeholder interviews, and governance charter development. • Translate assessment findings into actionable implementation roadmaps, policies, and operating models. • Ensure full alignment with national laws (e.g., BDL Circular 222/272) and global best practices. • Mentor and supervise mid- and junior consultants, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
