Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a complex cross-domain delivery portfolio, covering Personal, Islamic, Private, and Business Banking initiatives.
• Prioritize programs, manage interdependencies, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution.
• Own delivery budget, track financial performance, and ensure alignment with investment plans.
• Lead cross-functional delivery governance, including steering committees, status dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Drive execution across digital platforms, omnichannel capabilities, engagement systems, and AI innovation.

Technology & Integration

• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain delivery roadmaps, capacity plans, and resource forecasts.
• Ensure smooth integration across systems, channels, and customer journeys.
• Manage third-party vendors and delivery partners, ensuring accountability and performance.

Governance & Risk

• Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
• Identify delivery risks and manage issues proactively.
• Track KPIs including delivery progress, risks, audit items, and performance indicators.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration across teams.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional delivery units, ensuring high performance and alignment with business priorities.
• Influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Support strategic planning and organisational transformation within PWBB.
