Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a broad delivery portfolio, managing prioritization, resource allocation, and interdependencies across multiple banking and technology domains
- Own and manage delivery budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, financial governance, and alignment with approved investment plans
- Drive execution of cross-domain programs through structured delivery governance, steering committees, and performance dashboards
- Collaborate closely with product, architecture, infrastructure, operations, security, and enterprise IT teams to ensure seamless execution and integration
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners to ensure accountability, performance, and delivery quality
- Provide leadership to cross-functional technology teams, fostering innovation, agility, and disciplined delivery practices
- Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, capacity plans, and resource forecasts aligned with strategic priorities
- Ensure strong IT governance, risk management, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Track, monitor, and report key delivery scorecards and KPIs, including audit findings and risk items
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- Overall professional experience of 12 years or more, with at least 10 years in program or portfolio management roles
- Proven expertise in managing complex delivery portfolios across multiple banking segments
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and delivery performance optimization
- Deep understanding of wealth, business banking products, and end-to-end customer journeys
- Proficiency in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders
- Demonstrated capability in delivery risk, issue, and dependency management
