Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of multiple large-scale software projects to ensure alignment with client expectations, budget, quality standards, and timelines. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, coordinating efforts across development, QA, operations, and support teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet delivery goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for delivery-related communications and escalations.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting to provide transparency on delivery performance and key metrics.
  • Drive process improvements and adopt best practices to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and team leads to enhance project management capabilities within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software delivery management or project management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex delivery programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle and technology trends.
